Kevin Swift has been active in real estate since 1992, and has served on the Topeka Area Assocation of REALTOR's Public Relations, Educational, and Technology Committees. In addition to being the Number1Expert for the Topeka, Ks area, he is also a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI). Kevin is often ranked among the TOP RE/MAX agents in the state for number of homes sold. He was recently inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the Topeka Area Association of REALTOR's Master Club. Kevin Swift recently spent time with Dave Ramsey in Nashville at a 2-day Accelerate Seminar, and had the opportunity to have dinner with Dave and Sharon in their beautiful new home.  Dave Ramsey is a financial advisor on the TV's Fox Business News and the Dave Ramsey Show (www.DaveRamsey.com).
